Livestream Update

Epic Adobe Fail
So I got that upgrade for Adobe Illustrator CS5 this morning, and it doesn’t work.
The problem? I have Adobe Master Collection CS4, and a individual program upgrade will not work for a collection set. The only good news out of all of this is I will get my $225 back.
The bad news? I may not be able to do the job I was going to use CS5 Illustrator for.
The really bad news? For me to get a full blown upgrade from Master CS4 to CS6, it would cost me a whopping $1,400.
God only knows if I could make that plus enough loan payments in the next few months, and that this point, I really should upgrade. Unless there happens to be someone out there with at least the upgrade for Master Collection CS5. That would be a little cheaper. If anyone knows someone with that, or knows where I can find it online, please let me know.
Adobe Upgrade, Double-edge Sword
I use Adobe programs for my freelance work, but I only have CS4. Today though I’ve broke down and bought Adobe Illustrator CS5. The tools in it are just what I need for this job I have, plus I think there would be perfect for future work.
I know there is already a CS6, but the upgrade from 4 to 5 was a little cheaper. Still, it set me back a little, tax write off or not.
So, while I will be getting a better version with awesome tools, I’m going to be even more strapped for cash this month. I really could use some commission work to help lighten the load.
